Valet trash is a doorstep pickup service. Residents set out bagged trash during a scheduled window, and our team collects it and takes it to the property's compactor or dumpsters.

Which nights do you pick up?

Schedules are set with each property. Many communities choose five nights a week, Sunday through Thursday, but we tailor it to you.

What do residents need to do?

Bag trash securely, use an approved container if your property provides one, and set it out during the pickup window.

Do you handle recycling?

Yes. Recycling pickup can be included with your service.

How is pricing set?

Pricing depends on the number of units, building layout and pickup frequency. Request a quote and we'll put together a proposal for your property.

Can residents sign up directly?

Service is arranged through property management. If you're a resident, share our site with your leasing office.
